<description_plain>Hidden away and hard to find compared to most of the other establishments in the slaughter house district, this beaten up one-room party venue/exhibition space operates by its own twisted logic. Featuring portable toilets and a makeshift bar, Warehouse 9 has no intention of catering to the mainstream, occasionally dishing up extremely interesting parties and events. Set out to challenge boundaries in the music and art scenes, W9 extends its queer outlook to often focus on gender-contorting events with Ziggy Stardust-like artistically androgynous permutations.

Warehouse 9 is the site where infamous Danish performance art and cross-dressing ensemble Dunst (Danish for 'reek') usually host their parties; and it also serves as a breeding ground for the often overlooked currents of the Copenhagen underground art scene.</description_plain>
