Normann Copenhagen

Originally a brand selling their own lamp designs, founders Jan Andersen and Poul Madsen felt Copenhagen was missing an international design store of higher ambitions, and opened up the doors to Normann Copenhagen.

Set in a huge whitewashed 1950s era cinema, Normann Copenhagen is reigning king on the Copenhagen design scene. More of a church dedicated to good taste than a store in the traditional stuffy sense, this mecca for design has everything you could possibly need for your new life as a convert to the school of form and function, be it cutlery, chairs, beds, lamps, clothing or perfumes.
